    Shipping Policy

    PICKUP

    How it Works:

    1.  At checkout, select Pickup under the Delivery methods.

    2.  Wait for your "Ready for Pickup" email to let you know when your order is ready and you can head to the store.

    3.  Pull up curbside between 10 AM and 5 PM, Tuesday to Friday or 10 AM and 3 PM, Saturday.

    4.  Come inside the store and relay your order number and/or name to the clerk to receive your purchase.

     

     

    What shipping options do I have?

    We use UPS Ground service which includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days.

    Please note 1-3 business days do not include processing days.

    How do I calculate my shipping and handling costs?

    In order to calculate your shipping costs, simply place the item(s) in your shopping cart, go to checkout and enter your shipping address information and you can see the shipping costs for your desired item(s). Be sure to select the correct shipping method to calculate an accurate amount for your desired shipping.

     

    How long does it take to process orders?

    Due to the high volume of orders we receive daily, our policy allows for up to 3-5 business days before your order is shipped out. Sometimes we are able to ship our orders out within days of your original order place date. 

    At various times, we ship product in specialty boxes (availability varies).  Specialty boxes are used when order size appropriate.

    Tracking your order

    You will receive a tracking # for your order in your shipping confirmation email.

    Please review the following information regarding when you can expect your order.

    • 1-3 Business Days: After your order is shipped out, you should receive your order within 1-3 business days.

    Please be advised that certain mail carriers do not include weekends or holidays as ship dates.

    Do you ship to Canada or International?

    Yes, we can now ship to most countries worldwide.  If shipping outside of the United States, please checkout on the online store, choosing your shipping method.  If your country is currently prohibiting shipments from the US due to COVID-19 or International Regulations, it will not be available as a shipping option at checkout.
